The Gale Directory Library compiles directories on companies, publishers, associations and more. Some of the Gale directories included are Associations Unlimited, Gale Directory of Publications and Broadcast Media, Encyclopedia of Governmental Advisory Organizations and Consultants & Consulting Organizations Directory. Gale Directory Library lets users build a collection of directory information over time and perform time series analyses of the data and then export the data. In addition to associations, with their contacts and IRS data, there are other directories of industries and companies. For example, using Gale Directory Library and Excel, the user can chart revenue generated by the top-100 companies in an industry over the past four or five years.
