Meet the Author - David Farias – Bound for Glory

Author David Farias shares the challenges of a poor Mexican immigrant living and moving around California, courageously dealing with weaknesses and struggles. Follow him from a young boy who hated the police to a young man who has become part of the police force. Born in San Jose, David Farias is a sheriff’s officer in San Mateo County, a motivational speaker, a mentor for kids and a self-published author. David rose from poverty in Redwood City where he graduated from Sequoia Union High School.
