Choose from the drop-down list of libraries below to register for a new library card.  Select the library nearest to your primary residence and fill out the online form to get your card.  Not sure which library is closest to you or you don’t live in San Mateo County?  Select the library that is most conveniently located to you. 

Your new library account will expire in 90 days.  Please visit your local library and bring a picture identification and proof of current home address to complete your registration and pick up your new library card.  If you are a minor, you will need a parent or guardian with you who can provide identification and proof of address.
